The sophisticated cost allocation engine performs allocation of shared IT costs to the relevant IT capabilities, organizations, geographies, and more based on cost allocation template rules as well as custom built rules that are easily defined by users. The engine also allows you to manage all of your allocation rules, automatically identifying errors in allocations such is over allocation, under allocation, and duplicate allocations.

Service-Level Engine

The service-level engine gives you the flexibility to calculate Digital Fuel's best-practice SLAs and value rules such as availability, time to respond, time to resolve, abandon rate, first-time resolution, and more. In addition, you can track your own custom metrics and business rules that are easily added using our visual business rule definition wizard. The engine is based on data stream algorithms and enables automatic filtering, joining, aggregating, correlation, and many other functions to allow measuring of any business rule. The engine also gives you the power and scalability proven to verify compliance of thousands of SLAs and rules across 10,000+ metrics and hundreds of gigabytes of data.
