Record Growth Proves Value of Digital Fuel's IT Financial Management Solutions

Logs 342% Increase in Subscription Sales; 86% Increase in Number of Customers

In fiscal 2010, which ended in January 2011, the company logged a 342% increase in committed monthly recurring revenue for its suite of SaaS ITFM products which gives CIOs the unprecedented ability to manage the business of IT. The increase brings the total IT spend currently under management by Digital Fuel solutions to $92B.

Growth in 2010 was broad-based, occurring across all geographies and all product lines. Financial highlights for the year included:

  • 105% year-over-year revenue increase in IT Cost Management, with strong results in both North America (122%) and Europe (88%).
  • Strong entry into APAC market with the first customers signed in Australia and Singapore.
  • 86% increase in the company's customer base.
  • A win rate in competitive deals of over 80% including companies such as HP, BMC, and IBM.

Digital Fuel's growth this past year was driven by a strong combination of new customer acquisition and increased revenue from existing customers. New customers in 2010 include top corporations from around the world. In addition, the value provided by Digital Fuel was clearly demonstrated with significant additional investments made by existing customers.

Significant purchases by new or existing customers in 2010 included AECOM, BG Group, Capita, Deutsche Bank, Fiserv, First Horizon, Hospira, IBM, Informa, Nomura International, Nortel, Qantas Airways, Starwood, Symantec, Time Warner Cable, Walgreens, Rio Tinto and many others.
